Lahore - Thursday March 10, 2020 CBD Punjab achieved another milestone by auctioning Pakistan’s first planned downtown: Lahore Downtown by organizing a grand auction ceremony in which international and domestic investors participated.
Lahore Downtown initially comprises of 7 mixed used commercial plots ranging between 12 and 14 kanals, providing very favorable by-laws with five years installment plan for the developers. Downtown has already has its own significance due to its ideal location in the heart of Lahore, on CBD Boulevard.
