The Authority invites firms, companies, consortiums, individual investors, and developers to submit proposals in the Joint Venture (JV) mode of Design, Build, Finance, Own, Operate and Maintain (DBFOOM) .

The Request for Proposal (RFP) can be purchased upon submission of a non-refundable fee of PKR 50,000/- in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA). The Technical Bid must be accompanied with a bid security of PKR 20,000,000/- in the form of a Pay Order/CDR/Bank Guarantee.
